حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الشَّامِيُّ الْكُوفِيُّ ثَنَا جُبَارَةُ بْنُ مُغَلِّسٍ ثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ عُمَارَةَ عَنِ الْأَحْوَصِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ عَنْ رَاشِدِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ عُتْبَةَ بْنِ عَبْدٍ وَأَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ قَالَا
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «تَسَحَّرُوا مِنْ آخِرِ اللَّيْلِ» وَكَانَ يَقُولُ «هُوَ الْغَدَاءُ الْمُبَارَكُ»

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said: “Take the pre-dawn meal (sahur) at the end of the night.” And he used to say: “It is the blessed meal.”
