حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ عَنْ ثَوْبَانَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا يَرُدُّ الْقَدَرَ إِلَّا الدُّعَاءُ وَلَا يَزِيدُ فِي الْعُمُرِ إِلَّا الْبِرُّ وَإِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيُحْرَمُ الرِّزْقَ بِالذَّنْبِ يُصِيبُهُ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Nothing repels fate except supplication, and nothing increases lifespan except righteousness. Indeed, a man is deprived of provision because of a sin he commits.”
