حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ هَارُونَ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمَدِينِيِّ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ حَدَّثَنِي نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَا ثَنَا أَرْطَاةُ بْنُ حُسَيْنٍ الْبُنَانِيُّ ثَنَا تَمِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ حَدَّثَنِي عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «يَا عَدِيُّ لَا تَزْدَرِيَنَّ أَصْحَابِي لَتُفْتَحَنَّ كُنُوزُ كِسْرَى وَلَتَخْرُجَنَّ الظَّعِينَةُ مِنَ الْحِيرَةِ فِي جِوَارِ هَذَا الْبَيْتِ ولَتُسْتَبَاحَنَّ عَلَى هَذَا الْمَالِ فِي أَوَّلِ النَّهَارِ ثُمّ تُطْرَحُ فِي آخِرِهِ فَلَا يَقْبَلُهُ أَحَدٌ» قَالَ عَدِيٌّ فَلَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ اثْنَتَيْنِ وَلَيَكُونُنَّ الثَّالِثَةُ

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said: “O ʿAdi, do not belittle my Companions. The treasures of Kisra will surely be opened, and a woman in a howdah will set out from al-Hirah under the protection of this House, and this wealth will surely be made lawful at the beginning of the day, then it will be cast aside at its end and no one will accept it.” ʿAdi said: I have indeed seen two of these, and the third will surely come to pass.
