حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ الْمِصِّيصِيُّ ثنا أَبُو تَوْبَةَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ ثنا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ رَاشِدِ بْنِ دَاوُدَ عَنْ أَبِي أَسْمَاءَ عَنْ ثَوْبَانَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ فِي مَسِيرٍ فَقَالَ «إِنَّا مُدْلِجُونَ فَلَا يَدْخُلَنَّ مَعَنَا مُضْعِفٌ وَلَا مُصْعِبٌ» فَارْتَحَلَ رَجُلٌ عَلَى نَاقَةٍ صَعْبَةٍ فَصَرَعَتْهُ فَانْدَقَّتْ فَخِذُهُ فَمَاتَ فَأَمَرَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِالصَّلَاةِ عَلَيْهِ ثُمَّ أَمَرَ بِلَالًا فَنَادَى «إِنَّ الْجَنَّةَ لَا تَحِلُّ لِعَاصٍ ثَلَاثًا»

✧ The Prophet ﷺ was on a journey and said: “We are traveling by night, so let no weak or unruly (mount) enter with us.” A man set off on a difficult she-camel, and it threw him, and his thigh was broken, and he died. The Prophet ﷺ ordered the funeral prayer over him, then ordered Bilal, who called out three times: “Paradise is not lawful for a disobedient person.”
