حَدَّثَنَا أَسْلَمُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ الْوَاسِطِيُّ ثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ بَقِيَّةَ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ خَارِجَةَ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِنَّ اللهَ قَدْ أَعْطَى كُلَّ ذِي حَقٍّ حَقَّهُ لَا تَجُوزُ وَصِيَّةٌ لِوَارِثٍ الْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرُ وَمَنِ ادَّعَى إِلَى غَيْرِ أَبِيهِ أَوِ انْتَمَى إِلَى غَيْرِ مَوَالِيهِ فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ» وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ شَهْرًا وَلَا عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ غَنْمٍ

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said: “God has given every possessor of a right his right. No bequest to an heir is permitted. The child belongs to the marriage bed, and for the adulterer is the stone. Whoever claims descent from other than his father, or attaches himself to other than his masters, upon him is the curse of God.” He did not mention a month nor ʿAbd al-Rahman b. Ghanm.
