حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ دُحَيْمٍ ثَنَا أَبِي ثَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَوْفٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ تَوَلَّى غَيْرَ مَوَالِيهِ فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ وَغَضَبُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ لَا يَقْبَلُ اللهُ مِنْهُ صَرْفًا وَلَا عَدْلًا وَمَنْ قَتَلَ غَيْرَ قَاتِلِهِ فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ وَغَضَبُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ لَا يَقْبَلُ مِنْهُ صَرْفًا وَلَا عَدْلًا وَمَنْ أَحْدَثَ حَدَثًا أَوْ آوَى مُحْدِثًا فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ وَغَضَبُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ لَا يَقْبَلُ اللهُ مِنْهُ صَرْفًا وَلَا عَدْلًا»
Translation

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said: 'Whoever takes as patrons others than his mawali, upon him is the curse of God and His wrath on the Day of Resurrection; God will accept from him neither sarf nor 'adl. Whoever kills other than his killer, upon him is the curse of God and His wrath on the Day of Resurrection; He will accept from him neither sarf nor 'adl. Whoever commits an offence or shelters an offender, upon him is the curse of God and His wrath on the Day of Resurrection; God will accept from him neither sarf nor 'adl.'
