حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ رَاهَوَيْهِ ثَنَا أَبِي ثَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ الْعَقَدِيُّ عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَوْفٍ الْمُزَنِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ
عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «الْمُسْلِمُونَ عَلَى شُرُوطِهِمْ إِلَّا شَرْطًا حَرَّمَ حَلَالًا وَأَحَلَّ حَرَامًا وَالصُّلْحُ جَائِزٌ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ إِلَّا صُلْحًا أَحَلَّ حَرَامًا أَوْ حَرَّمَ حَلَالًا»
Translation

✧ From the Messenger of God ﷺ: 'Muslims are bound by their conditions, except a condition that forbids the lawful or permits the unlawful. Reconciliation between people is permissible, except a reconciliation that permits the unlawful or forbids the lawful.'
