حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ التِّنِّيسِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ مَيْسَرَةَ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «الْعُمْرَى جَائِزَةٌ لِمَنْ أُعْمِرَهَا وَالرُّقْبَى لِمَنْ أُرْقِبَهَا سَبِيلُهَا سَبِيلُ الْمِيرَاثِ»

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said: 'ʿUmra is valid for the one to whom it is given, and ruqba is for the one to whom it is granted; its course is the course of inheritance.'
