حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الصَّائِغُ الْمَكِّيُّ ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ كَاسِبٍ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ مَوْلَى مُزَيْنَةَ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ عَنْ ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ أَبِي مَالِكٍ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا ضَرَرَ وَلَا ضِرَارَ»

Translation

Chain of narrators
  1. Muḥammad b. ʿAlī al-Ṣāʾigh al-Makkī
  2. Yaʿqūb b. Ḥumayd b. Kāsib
  3. Isḥāq b. Ibrāhīm a freed slave of Muzaynah
  4. Ṣafwān b. Sulaym
  5. Thaʿlabah b. Abū Mālik

✧ That the Prophet ﷺ said: "There is no harm and no reciprocating harm."
