حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَمَّادِ بْنِ زَغْبَةَ قَالَ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ عَنِ ابْنِ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ أَبِي قَبِيلٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو

«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ اسْتَعَاذَ مِنْ سَبْعٍ مِنْ مَوْتِ الْفَجْأَةِ وَمِنْ لَدْغِ الْحَيَّةِ وَمِنْ أَكْلِ السَّبُعِ وَمِنَ الْحَرْقِ وَمِنَ الْغَرَقِ وَمِنْ أَنْ يَخِرَّ عَلَيْهِ شَىءٌ وَمِنَ الْقَتْلِ فِرَارًا مِنَ الزَّحْفِ»

Translation

✧ Indeed the Messenger of God ﷺ sought refuge from seven things: from sudden death, from the bite of a snake, from being eaten by a wild beast, from burning, from drowning, from something falling on him, and from being killed while fleeing from the battle line.
