حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَمَّادِ بْنِ زَغْبَةَ قَالَ ثنا قَبِيصَةُ بْنُ عُقْبَةَ قَالَ ثنا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ هُبَيْرَةَ عَنْ أَبِي سَالِمٍ الْجَيْشَانِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا يَحِلُّ لِرَجُلٍ أَنْ يَتَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً بِطَلَاقِ أُخْرَى وَلَا يَحِلُّ لِرَجُلٍ أَنْ يَبِيعَ عَلَى بَيْعِ صَاحِبِهِ حَتَّى يَذَرَ وَلَا يَحِلُّ لِثَلَاثَةِ نَفَرٍ يَكُونُونَ بِأَرْضِ فَلَاةٍ إِلَّا أَمَّرُوا عَلَيْهِمْ أَحَدَهُمْ وَلَا يَحِلُّ لِثَلَاثَةِ نَفَرٍ يَكُونُونَ بِأَرْضِ فَلَاةٍ يَتَنَاجَى اثْنَانِ دُونَ صَاحِبِهِمَا»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “It is not lawful for a man to marry a woman by divorcing another, nor is it lawful for a man to outbid a fellow man’s transaction until he gives it up, nor is it lawful for three people in open land to appoint one of themselves as their leader, nor is it lawful for three people in open land for two of them to hold private conversation without their companion.”
