حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ رَاهَوَيْهِ قَالَ ثنا أَبِي قَالَ ثنا النَّضْرُ بْنُ شُمَيْلٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا قُرَّةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ ثُمَّ إِنْ شَرِبَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ ثُمَّ إِنْ شَرِبَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ ثُمَّ إِنْ شَرِبَ الرَّابِعَةَ فَاقْتُلُوهُ» قَالَ فَكَانَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو يَقُولُ ائْتُونِي بِرَجُلٍ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ فَلَكُمْ عَلَيَّ أَنْ أَضْرِبَ عُنُقَهُ
Translation

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said: “Whoever drinks wine, flog him. Then if he drinks again, flog him. Then if he drinks again, flog him. Then if he drinks a fourth time, kill him.” He said: ‘Abdullah b. ‘Amr used to say: “Bring me a man who has drunk wine three times, and I will strike his neck.”
