حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ الْكَشِّيُّ ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ أنا شُعْبَةُ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا تَمْنَعُوا النِّسَاءَ الْمَسَاجِدَ بِاللَّيْلِ» فَقَالَ ابْنُهُ وَاللهِ لَنَمْنَعُهُنَّ فَمَدَّ يَدَهُ فَلَطَمَهُ وَقَالَ «أُحَدِّثُكَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَتَقُولُ مَا تَقُولُ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Do not prevent women from the mosques at night.” His son said: “By Allah, we will prevent them.” So he stretched out his hand and slapped him, and said: “I narrate to you from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and you say what you say!”
