حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ وَعَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ سَبَّقَ بَيْنَ الْخَيْلِ فَأَرْسَلَهَا مِنَ الْحَيْفَاءِ فَكَانَ أَمَدُهَا إِلَى ثَنِيَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ وَسَابَقَ بَيْنَ الْخَيْلِ الَّتِي لَمْ تَضْمُرْ وَكَانَ أَمَدُهَا مِنَ الثَّنِيَّةِ إِلَى مَسْجِدِ بَنِي زُرَيْقٍ

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ held a horse race, sending them from al-Hayfa' and its course ended at Thaniyyat al-Wada'. He also raced horses that had not been trained, and their course was from the thaniyya to the mosque of Banu Zurayq.
