حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ الصَّنْعَانِيُّ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ حَدَّثَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبَةَ الْأَشْهَلِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ ثَابِتِ بْنِ صَامِتٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ

«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَامَ يُصَلِّي فِي مَسْجِدِ بَنِي عَبْدِ الْأَشْهَلِ وَعَلَيْهِ كِسَاءٌ مُلْتَفٌّ بِهِ يَضَعُ يَدَهُ عَلَيْهِ يَقِيهِ بَرْدَ الْحَصْبَاءِ»

Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ stood to pray in the mosque of Banu Abd al-Ashhal, wearing a cloak wrapped around him, placing his hand on it to protect himself from the cold of the pebbles.
