حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ قُهْزَادُ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ ثنا أَبُو حَمْزَةَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ
«الْمُطَلَّقَةُ ثَلَاثًا لَا تَحِلُّ لِزَوْجِهَا الْأَوَّلِ حَتَّى تَنْكِحَ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ وَيُخَالِطَهَا وَتَذُوقَ مِنْ عُسَيْلَتِهِ»
