حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدٌ الْعِجْلُ ثنا أَبُو مُصْعَبٍ الزُّهْرِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُصْعَبِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ؓ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ «قَرَأَ النَّجْمَ بِمَكَّةَ فَسَجَدَ النَّاسُ مَعَهُ حَتَّى إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيَرْفَعُ إِلَى جَبْهَتِهِ شَيْئًا مِنَ الْأَرْضِ فَيَسْجُدُ عَلَيْهِ وَحَتَّى يَسْجُدَ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى الرَّجُلِ»

✧ The Prophet ﷺ recited Surat al-Najm in Makkah, and the people prostrated with him, such that a man would raise some earth to his forehead and prostrate on it, and even a man would prostrate on another man.
