حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ الْقَاضِي ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ حِسَابٍ ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ الضَّحَّاكِ وَكَانَتْ لَهُ صُحْبَةٌ قَالَ

حَمَّادٌ وَلَوْ قُلْتَ إِنَّهُ مَرْفُوعٌ لَمْ أُبَالِ قَالَ «مَنْ حَلَفَ بِمِلَّةٍ سِوَى الْإِسْلَامِ كَاذِبًا فَهُوَ كَمَا قَالَ»

✧ Hammad said, “Even if you said it is marfu‘, I would not mind.” He said, “Whoever falsely swears by a religion other than Islam, he is as he said.”
