حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْحُلْوَانِيُّ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ثنا أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ السَّمَّانُ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَفَاضَ مِنْ عَرَفَاتٍ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ «إِلَيْكَ تَعْدُو قَلِقًا وَضِينُهَا مُخَالِفًا دِينَ النَّصَارَى دِينُهَا» قَالَ أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ «وَهِمَ عِنْدِي أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ السَّمَّانُ فِي رَفْعِ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ لِأَنَّ الْمَشْهُورَ فِي الرِّوَايَةِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ مِنْ عَرَفَاتٍ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ الرِّجْزَ»
Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ departed from ʿArafat while saying: 'To You it hastens, its girth strap trembling, its religion differing from the Christians' religion.' Abu al-Qasim said: 'Abu al-Rabiʿ al-Samman, in my view, erred in raising this hadith to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, because what is well-known in the narration from Ibn ʿUmar is: from ʿArafat while he was saying...' then he mentioned the rajaz verse.
