وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ مَرَّ بِابْنِ صَيَّادٍ وَهُوَ يَلْعَبُ مَعَ الصِّبْيَانِ فَضَرَبَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِقَدَمِهِ فَقَالَ «أَتَشْهَدُ أَنِّي رَسُولُ اللهِ؟» قَالَ ابْنُ صَيَّادٍ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّكَ رَسُولُ الْأُمِّيِّينَ فَقَالَ لَهُ ابْنُ صَيَّادٍ أَتَشْهَدُ أَنِّي رَسُولُ اللهِ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «آمَنْتُ بِاللهِ وَرُسُلِهِ»
Translation

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ, that he passed by Ibn Sayyad while he was playing with the boys, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ struck him with his foot and said, "Do you bear witness that I am the Messenger of Allah?" Ibn Sayyad said, "I bear witness that you are the Messenger of the unlettered ones." Ibn Sayyad said to him, "Do you bear witness that I am the Messenger of Allah?" The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I believe in Allah and His messengers."
