حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مَعْبَدٍ ثنا خَالِدُ بْنُ حَيَّانَ ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي دَاوُدَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ بَاعَ نَخْلًا بَعْدَ أَنْ يُؤَبَّرَ فَثَمَرَتُهَا لِلَّذِي بَاعَهُ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ وَمَنْ بَاعَ عَبْدًا وَلَهُ مَالٌ فَمَالُهُ لِلَّذِي بَاعَهُ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever sells palm trees after they have been pollinated, their fruit belongs to the seller unless the buyer stipulates otherwise. And whoever sells a slave who has property, the property belongs to the seller unless the buyer stipulates otherwise."
