حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ الْأَعْرَجُ الْإِيَادِيُّ بَجِيلَةُ ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ الْحَوْطِيُّ ثنا بَقِيَّةُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ عَنْ مُعَانِ بْنِ رِفَاعَةَ عَنِ الْأَصَمِّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ مَثَّلَ بِأَخِيهِ فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ» الْأَصَمُّ يَعْنِي يَزِيدَ بْنَ هُرْمُزَ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ

✧ I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: “Whoever mutilates his brother, upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all people.” Al-Aṣamm, meaning Yazid b. Hurmuz, and Allah knows best.
