حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ عَنِ الْأَجْلَحِ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ الْأَصَمِّ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ
جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ مَا شَاءَ اللهُ وَشِئْتَ قَالَ «جَعَلْتَنِي عَدْلًا قُلْ مَا شَاءَ اللهُ»

✧ A man came to the Prophet ﷺ and said: “Whatever Allah wills and you will.” He said: “You have made me an equal [to Allah]. Say: Whatever Allah wills.”
