حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْوَاسِطِيُّ ثنا عُمَرُ بْنُ صَالِحِ بْنِ حَمْزَةَ الْوَاسِطِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ عَطِيَّةَ عَنْ زَيْدٍ الْعَمِّيِّ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ قُرَّةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ أَخَذَ شِبْرًا مِنْ مَكَّةَ بِغَيْرِ حَقِّهِ فَكَأَنَّمَا أَخَذَهُ مِنْ تَحْتِ قَدَمِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَمَنْ أَخَذَ شَيْئًا مِنْ سَائِرِ الْأَرْضِ بِغَيْرِ حَقِّهِ جَاءَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مُطَوَّقًا فِي عُنُقِهِ مِنْ سَبْعِ أَرَضِينَ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever takes a span of Makkah without right, it is as if he has taken it from beneath the foot of the Most Merciful; and whoever takes anything from the rest of the earth without right will come on the Day of Resurrection with it hung around his neck from seven earths."
