حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الرَّقَاشِيُّ ثنا مُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ أَبَانَ عَنِ الْغِطْرِيفِ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ عَنِ الرُّوحِ الْأَمِينِ قَالَ قَالَ الرَّبُّ ﷻ يُؤْتَى بِحَسَنَاتِ الْعَبْدِ وَسَيِّئَاتِهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يَنْقُصُ بَعْضُهَا بِبَعْضٍ فَإِنْ بَقِيَ حَسَنَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ أَدْخَلَهُ اللهُ الْجَنَّةَ قَالَ قُلْتُ فَإِنْ لَمْ تَبْقَ حَسَنَةٌ قَالَ {أُولَئِكَ الَّذِينَ نَتَقَبَّلُ عَنْهُمْ أَحْسَنَ مَا عَمِلُوا وَنَتَجَاوَزُ عَنْ سَيِّئَاتِهِمْ فِي أَصْحَابِ الْجَنَّةِ} قَالَ قُلْتُ أَرَأَيْتَ قَوْلَهُ {فَلَا تَعْلَمُ نَفْسٌ مَا أُخْفِيَ لَهُمْ مِنْ قُرَّةِ أَعْيُنٍ} قَالَ هُوَ الْعَبْدُ يَعْمَلُ الْعَمَلَ السِّرَّ أَسَرَهُ اللهُ لَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فَيَرَى قُرَّةَ أَعْيُنٍ

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ, from the Trustworthy Spirit ﷺ, he said: "The Lord, Blessed and Exalted, said: 'The servant's good deeds and bad deeds will be brought on the Day of Resurrection, and some will be subtracted from others. If one good deed remains, God will admit him into Paradise.'" He said: I said: "What if no good deed remains?" He said: "Those are they from whom We accept the best of what they did and overlook their misdeeds, among the companions of Paradise." He said: I said: "What do you think of His saying: 'No soul knows what has been hidden for them of comfort for their eyes'?" He said: "It is the servant who does a deed in secret, and God conceals it for him on the Day of Resurrection, so he sees comfort for his eyes."
