حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا الْمُنْذِرُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ الْجَارُودِيُّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ ثنا مَالِكُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ مَالِكٍ النُّكْرِيُّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَمْرِو بْنِ مَالِكٍ النُّكْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي الْجَوْزَاءِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ فَرَأَى غَيْرَهَا خَيْرًا مِنْهَا فَلْيَأْتِهَا فَإِنَّهَا كَفَّارَتُهَا إِلَّا طَلَاقٍ أَوْ عَتَاقٍ»
