حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ الْعُرَنِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ
قَدَّمَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَيْلَةَ الْمُزْدَلِفَةِ أُغَيْلِمَةَ بَنِي عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ عَلَى حُمُرَاتٍ فَجَعَلَ يُلَطِّخُ أَفْخَاذَنَا وَيَقُولُ «أَبَنِيَّ لَا تَرْمُوا الْجَمْرَةَ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent us, the young boys of Banu ʿAbd al-Muttalib, ahead on donkeys on the night of Muzdalifa, and he began patting our thighs and saying, "My dear sons, do not throw the jamra until the sun rises."
