حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ الْكَشِّيُّ ثنا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ وَسُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ قَالَا ثنا شُعْبَةُ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ مُرَّةَ عَنْ أَبِي الْبَخْتَرِيِّ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ عَنِ السَّلَمِ فِي النَّخْلِ فَقَالَ

«نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ بَيْعِ النَّخْلِ حَتَّى يُؤْكَلَ مِنْهُ وَحَتَّى يُؤْوَى» قُلْتُ مَا يُؤْوَى؟ فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ «حَتَّى يُجْرَزَ أَوْ يُحْرَزَ»

✧ "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade the sale of dates until they are eaten from and until they are stored." I said, 'What is "stored"?' A man from the people said, 'Until they are cut or gathered.'
