حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ
أَخْبَرَنِي مَنْ شَهِدَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ «أَتَى عَلَى قَبْرٍ مَنْبُوذٍ فَصَفَّهُمْ وَكَبَّرَ أَرْبَعًا» قَالَ سُلَيْمَانُ قُلْتُ لِلشَّعْبِيِّ يَا أَبَا عَمْرٍو مَنْ حَدَّثَكَ بِهَذَا؟ قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ

✧ He told me that he witnessed the Prophet ﷺ saying, "He came to a desolate grave, so he aligned them and loudly proclaimed Allahu Akbar four times." Sulaiman said, "I asked Ash-Sha'bi, 'O Abu Amr, who informed you of this?' He said, 'Ibn Abbas.'"
