حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ الْمُؤَدِّبُ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ثنا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ رَجُلًا وَقَصَهُ بَعِيرُهُ فَمَاتَ فَقَالَ
رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «اغْسِلُوهُ بِمَاءٍ وَسِدْرٍ وَكَفِّنُوهُ فِي ثَوْبَيْهِ وَلَا تُمِسُّوهُ طِيبًا وَلَا تُخَمِّرُوا رَأْسَهُ فَإِنَّهُ يُبْعَثُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مُلَبِّدًا»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Wash him with water and lote-tree leaves, shroud him in his two garments, do not touch him with perfume, and do not cover his head, for he will be resurrected on the Day of Resurrection with matted hair."
