حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا سَهْلُ بْنُ زَنْجَلَةَ الرَّازِيُّ ثنا الصَّبَّاحُ بْنُ مُحَارِبٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ هُرْمُزَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ
جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ إِنِّي نِلْتُ مِنَ امْرَأَةٍ مَا دُونَ نَفْسِهَا فَأَنْزَلَ اللهُ ﷻ {أَقِمِ الصَّلَاةَ طَرَفَيِ النَّهَارِ وَزُلَفًا مِنَ اللَّيْلِ}

✧ A man came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, “I engaged with a woman in what is short of intercourse.” So Allah, Exalted is He, sent down: {Establish prayer at the two ends of the day and in the early hours of the night}.
