حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ الْعَيْشِيُّ ثنا عَاصِمُ بْنُ هِلَالٍ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَالَ
بِتُّ عِنْدَ خَالَتِي مَيْمُونَةَ فَقَامَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يُصَلِّي مِنَ اللَّيْلِ فَقُمْتُ عَنْ يَسَارِهِ فَأَخَذَ بِيَدِي فَأَقَامَنِي عَنْ يَمِينِهِ وَمَسَحَ صَدْرِي وَقَالَ «اللهُمَّ آتِهِ الْحِكْمَةَ»

✧ I spent the night at the house of my maternal aunt Maymunah. The Prophet ﷺ got up to pray during the night, so I got up on his left side. He took me by the hand and placed me on his right side, wiped my chest, and said: “O Allah, grant him wisdom.”
