حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَزْدَادَ التُّوزِيُّ الْبَصْرِيُّ ثنا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ثنا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ بَصْرَةَ قَالَ

تَزَوَّجْتُ امْرَأَةً بِكْرًا فِي خِدْرِهَا فَوَجَدْتُهَا حُبْلَى فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «أَمَّا الْوَلَدُ فَعَبْدٌ لَكَ فَإِذَا وَلَدَتْ فَاجْلِدُوهَا مِائَةً وَلَهَا الْمَهْرُ بِمَا اسْتَحَلَّ مِنْ فَرْجِهَا»

✧ I married a virgin woman in her chamber, and I found her pregnant. The Prophet ﷺ said, “As for the child, he is a slave for you. When she gives birth, flog her one hundred lashes, and she has the dower because of what he made lawful from her private part.”
