حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْمَكِّيُّ ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ أنا شُعْبَةُ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ الْبَطِينِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَا الْعَمَلُ فِي أَيَّامٍ أَفْضَلُ مِنْهُ فِي عَشْرِ ذِي الْحِجَّةِ» قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ وَلَا الْجِهَادُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ قَالَ «وَلَا الْجِهَادُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَخْرُجَ رَجُلٌ بِنَفْسِهِ وَمَالِهِ ثُمَّ لَا يَرْجِعُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ بِشَيْءٍ»

✧ Narrated by the Prophet, ﷺ, "There are no deeds during the ten days of Dhu al-Hijjah that are more beloved to Allah than performing Jihad in His cause, except for a man who goes out with his life and his wealth and does not return with anything from that."
