حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ السَّقَطِيُّ ثنا خَالِدُ بْنُ خِدَاشٍ ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ هِشَامٍ الدَّسْتُوَائِيِّ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
أَنَّ مُكَاتَبًا رُفِعَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ «يُؤَدِّي مَا أَدَّى مِنْ مُكَاتِبِهِ دِيَةَ الْحُرِّ وَمَا لَمْ يُؤَدِّ دِيَةَ عَبْدٍ»
