حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مَرْوَانَ بْنِ مُعَاوِيَةَ الْفَزَارِيُّ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ كديرٍ الْكِنْدِيِّ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ
كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ وَأَصْحَابُهُ يُسَبِّحُونَ فِي غَدِيرٍ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «لِيُسَبِّحْ كُلُّ رَجُلٍ مِنْكُمْ إِلَى صَاحِبِهِ» فَسَبَّحَ كُلُّ رَجُلٍ مِنْهُمْ إِلَى صَاحِبِهِ وَبَقِي النَّبِيُّ ﷺ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ فَسَبَّحَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ إِلَى أَبِي بَكْرٍ حَتَّى عَانَقَهُ وَقَالَ «أَنَا إِلَى صَاحِبِي أَنَا إِلَى صَاحِبِي»

✧ The Prophet ﷺ and his Companions were swimming in a pool. The Prophet ﷺ said: "Let each man among you swim to his companion." So each man swam to his companion, and the Prophet ﷺ and Abu Bakr remained. The Prophet ﷺ swam to Abu Bakr until he embraced him and said: "I am to my companion, I am to my companion."
