حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَهْلِ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ الْأَهْوَازِيُّ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْفَرْوِيُّ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبَةَ عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ سُئِلَ عَنِ الْمُحَلِّلِ قَالَ «لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا نِكَاحَ رَغْبَةٍ لَا نِكَاحَ دَلْسَةٍ وَلَا مستهزئٍ بِكِتَابِ اللهِ لَمْ يَذُقِ الْعُسَيْلَةَ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked about the one who makes a woman lawful for her previous husband. He said, "There is no marriage except a marriage of desire, not a marriage of deception, nor of one who mocks the Book of Allah; and the one who has not tasted the small amount of sweetness [of intercourse] has not [validly married]."
