حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ ثنا أَصْبَغُ بْنُ الْفَرَجِ ثنا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنْ شَرِيكٍ عَنْ حُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «إِنَّ لِلْحَائِضِ دَفَعَاتٍ ولدمِ الْحَيْضِ رِيحًا لَيْسَ لِغَيْرِهِ فَإِذَا ذَهَبَ قُرْءُ الْحَيْضِ فَلْتَغْتَسِلْ إِحْدَاكُنَّ ثُمَّ لِتَغْسِلْ عَنْهَا الدَّمَ»

✧ The Prophet ﷺ said: “Menstrual bleeding has spurts, and the blood of menstruation has an odor unlike anything else. When the menstrual period has ended, one of you should perform ghusl and then wash away the blood.”
