حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْجَعْدِ الْوَشَّاءُ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ عَطِيَّةَ عَنْ سَالِمٍ الْأَفْطَسِ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «كُلُّ مِيرَاثٍ أَدْرَكَ الْإِسْلَامَ وَلَمْ يُقْسَمْ فَهُوَ عَلَى قَسْمِ الْإِسْلَامِ»
