حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ الصُّورِيُّ ثنا أَبُو الْجُمَاهِرِ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ رُفِعَ الْقَلَمُ عَنْ ثَلَاثَةٍ عَنِ النَّائِمِ حَتَّى يَسْتَيْقِظَ وَعَنِ الْمَعْتُوهِ حَتَّى يُفِيقَ وَالصَّبِيِّ حَتَّى يَعْقِلَ أَوْ يَحْتَلِمَ

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said that the pen is lifted from three individuals: the sleeping person until they wake up, the insane person until they regain sanity, and the child until they reach understanding or reach puberty.
