حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ فَرْقَدٍ ثنا أَبُو حُمَةَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ ما قَالَ
«لَا طَلَاقَ إِلَّا بِعُدَّةٍ وَلَا عِتْقَ إِلَّا لِوَجْهِ اللهِ تَعَالَى»
