حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ ثنا سَوَّارُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ قُرَيْشٍ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ الْبَصْرِيُّ ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ ثنا رَوْحُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي قَوْلِ اللهِ ﷻ {فَلَا رَفَثَ وَلَا فُسُوقَ وَلَا جِدَالَ فِي الْحَجِّ} قَالَ الرَّفَثُ الْإِعرابةُ وَالتَّعَرُّضُ لِلنِّسَاءِ بِالْجِمَاعِ وَالْفُسُوقُ الْمَعَاصِي كُلُّهَا وَالْجِدَالُ جِدَالُ الرَّجُلِ صَاحِبَهُ

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said regarding Allah’s ﷻ statement {Then there is no rafath, no fusuq, and no jidal in Hajj}: “Rafath is lewd speech and soliciting women for intercourse; fusuq is all acts of disobedience; and jidal is a man arguing with his companion.”
