حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «اقْسِمِ الْمَالَ بَيْنِ أَهْلِ الْفَرَائِضِ عَلَى كِتَابِ اللهِ فَمَا تَرَكَتِ الْفَرَائِضُ فَلِأَوْلَى رَجُلٍ ذَكَرٍ»
