حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا خَلَّادُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ثنا قَيْسُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا تُقَامُ الْحُدُودُ فِي الْمَسَاجِدِ وَلَا يُقَادُ وَالِدٌ بِوَلَدٍ»
