حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْبَرَاءِ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمَدِينِيِّ ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ فَيَّاضٍ عَنْ خَلَّادِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يُحَدِّثُ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَتَاهُ رَجُلٌ يَسْتَفْتِيهِ كَانَ جَعَلَ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ بَدَنَةً فِي يَمِينٍ حَلَفَ بِهَا فَأَفْتَاهُ بِبَدَنَةٍ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ وَزَجَرَ الرَّجُلَ أَنْ يَعُودَ

✧ A man came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ seeking a ruling. He had obligated upon himself a sacrificial camel in an oath he swore. He ruled for him a camel from the camels, and he rebuked the man from returning to it.
