حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّبَرِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ أَبِي عَطَاءٍ قَالَ
«شَهِدْتُ مُحَمَّدَ ابْنَ الْحَنَفِيَّةِ حِينَ مَاتَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ بِالطَّائِفِ فَكَبَّرَ عَلَيْهِ أَرْبَعًا وَأَخَذَهُ مِنْ قِبَلِ الْقِبْلَةِ حِينَ أَدْخَلَهُ الْقَبْرَ وَضَرَبَ عَلَيْهِ فُسْطَاطًا ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ»
Translation

✧ I witnessed Muhammad b. al-Hanafiyya when Ibn ʿAbbas died in al-Taʾif. He said the takbir over him four times, took him from the qibla side when he placed him in the grave, and set up a tent over him for three days.
