حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَكِيمٍ الْأَوْدِيُّ ثنا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ جَامِعِ بْنِ أَبِي رَاشِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ
كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يُعَلِّمُنَا هَذَا الْكَلَامَ «اللهُمَّ أَصْلِحْ ذَاتَ بَيْنِنَا وَأَلِّفْ بَيْنَ قُلُوبِنَا وَاهْدِنَا سُبُلَ السَّلَامِ وَنَجِّنَا مِنَ الظُّلُمَاتِ إِلَى النُّورِ وَجَنِّبْنَا الْفَوَاحِشَ مَا ظَهَرَ لَنَا وَمَا بَطَنَ اللهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِي أَسْمَاعِنَا وَأَبْصَارِنَا وَقُلُوبِنَا وَأَزْوَاجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّاتِنَا وَتُبْ عَلَيْنَا؛ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ وَاجْعَلْنَا شَاكِرِينَ لِنِعْمَتِكَ مُثْنِينَ بِهَا قَائِلِيهَا وَأَتِمَّهَا عَلَيْنَا»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to teach us these words: "O Allah, reconcile our hearts and bring harmony between us, guide us to the paths of peace, deliver us from darkness to light, keep us away from immoralities, both apparent and hidden. O Allah, bless us in our hearing, our sight, our hearts, our spouses, and our offspring, and turn to us in mercy. Indeed, You are the Ever-Relenting, the Merciful. Make us grateful for Your blessings, praising You for them, and proclaiming them, and complete them upon us."
