حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ السَّدُوسِيُّ ثنا عَاصِمُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ثنا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَا كُنْتُمْ ثَلَاثَةً» فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ وَزَادَ فِيهِ «وَمَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ لِيَقْتَطِعَ بِهَا مَالَ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ لَقِيَ اللهَ وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ غَضْبَانُ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “When you are three,” and he mentioned something similar, and he added to it: “Whoever swears an oath in order to seize thereby the property of a Muslim man, he will meet Allah while He is angry with him.”
