حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا أَبُو هِلَالٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ
«قُتِلَ عُثْمَانُ وَهُوَ ابْنُ تِسْعِينَ أَوْ ثَمَانٍ وَثَمَانِينَ»
