حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَا مِنْ حَكَمٍ يَحْكُمُ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ إِلَّا حُشِرَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَمَلَكٌ آخِذٌ بِقَفَاهُ حَتَّى يَقِفَهُ عَلَى جَهَنَّمَ ثُمَّ يَرْفَعُ رَأْسَهُ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ فَإِنْ قَالَ اللهُ أَلْقُوهُ فَمَهْوَاهُ أَرْبَعِينَ خَرِيفًا

✧ The Prophet ﷺ said: "No judge judges between people except that he will be gathered on the Day of Resurrection with an angel holding him by the back of his neck until he is made to stand over Hell. Then he will raise his head to the sky; if God says, 'Throw him,' then his fall will be for forty autumns."
